Privacy Policy

Your camera and microphone stay on your device

The interview room asks for camera and microphone access. Your video is shown back to you locally and is never uploaded, recorded, or stored by this service. There is no recording function in the product.

Your speech is converted to text by your browser, using the speech recognition built into Chrome. Only that resulting text is sent to our servers. Note that Chrome performs this recognition as a network service, which means Google receives your spoken audio as part of it. That relationship is between you and Google under their privacy policy; we neither receive nor control that audio. If you would rather not use it, every interview can be completed by typing instead.

What we store

• Your account identifier and email address, from Google sign-in via Firebase.
• Which questions you started, the textof your answers, the interviewer's follow-up questions, and anything you type into the code editor or design canvas.
• Your scorecard and the feedback generated from those answers.
• Usage counts used to enforce quotas and spend limits.
• If you subscribe, a customer and subscription identifier from Stripe.

We do not store payment card details. Those are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Who else processes your data

Your interview text is sent to these providers so the product can work:

• Microsoft Azure OpenAI— generates the interviewer's follow-up questions and your scorecard from your answers.
• ElevenLabs— converts the interviewer's questions into speech. It receives the interviewer's words, not yours.
• Google Firebase — sign-in and identity.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Microsoft Azure — hosting and the database.

Retention and deletion

We keep your interviews and scorecards until you ask us to delete them, so you can revisit past rounds. There is no automatic expiry.

To delete your account and interview history, email info@solidrobotics.ai. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, export, or object to processing of your data — the same address covers those requests.
